Who we are
PayFastFlow is the name of this payment gateway service. It is not a registered company. Shops that use PayFastFlow, such as GoLuckyBD, are separate businesses with their own accounts.

Licence status
PayFastFlow does not currently hold a payment licence from Bangladesh Bank or any other regulator.
Payment methods are not live. They will only be switched on after provider verification and approval. This page will be updated if the licence status changes.

The fee is paid by the merchant (the shop). Customers paying a shop are not charged anything extra by PayFastFlow.
How payments are confirmed
A payment counts only after it is verified with the provider or the blockchain and matches the amount, receiver and shop. Screenshots, SMS messages or a transaction ID on its own never confirm a payment.
